The Rover Basic Training Course I attended was held in October 2016 at the Lones Hut, Woodhouse Activity Centre with 10 Rovers on the course. This was my first step into the world of Adult Leader training, with a Rover twist of all the participants being just Rovers. This meant that we could bond as patrols (Wilpena and Murray) and work closely within our teams.

We covered a lot of useful and practical information from the course, and included activities such as the famous creek crossing (in which nobody got wet), and camp cooking.
